 I really wanted make a totally different cover with a different title
but didn't have enough time!
So I just decided to keep the exact same concept as the last one.
Since I'm just using "Windows Paint", it took me rather long 
to make it look like the other one!

Kaiser looks smarter this time, doesn't he?

Spring is Coming

It's still chilly and I wear scarf and gloves
but spring is slowly coming!
 

The sidewalk is dressed up a bit and cherry blossoms are starting to bloom!

And hey, it was almost 7 pm 
and I could still take photos outside with no flashlight! Lovely!

 

Oh do you wonder what Kaiser is doing in this picture?

Well, I put a piece of cookie on the tree 

and Kaiser needed to jump high to get it! 

Can you see where the cookie is??? 

After several tries, he's got it!

St. Patty's Day!

We usually have homemade veggie paste in stock 

but yesterday we're running out of it.

So I made Kaiser a special dinner bowl! 

Mmmm it looks like a picture on a dog food package! But it's not everyday!

The white thing you see beside berries is unsalted cottage cheese 

made of microwaved milk and apple cider vinegar.

BTW, Kaiser eats kibble in the morning and raw in the evening. 

OK, waiting time is over. Go ahead!

Kaiser is rather quiet as a beagle, 

same as his parents and his siblings. 

So I think it's a genetic thing.

But he can be very vocal once in a while. I love hearing his voice. 

At his dinner time, I always make him excited and he barks for food.

After I said OK, he turned into a wild animal and crushed the chicken bone!

Yup, he ate chicken first! Then orange ...he loves oranges... and the rest!

We all have some sort of dog swag

-- a bumper sticker that says "My Greyhound is smarter than your honor student"
or a stuffed dog that looks like one of or own.

We really don't collect any beagle items
and this is our first beagle stuffie in 6 years!
Honestly, I was not quite sure about the meaning of the word "swag".

So I did a image search and this is my understanding ; )

Feeling Red

and that it doesn't have to be a huge monument.
It can be something quirky or fun that's unique to your area.

Granville Island is one of the touristy places here in Vancouver that we can walk to.
It's actually a peninsula and it has artistic shops, restaurants,

a public market, a kids market, a local beer brewery etc.
Among all the attractive small joints,

Kaiser's favorite is this small pet store called "Woofles And Meowz".

They have very fancy handmade treats freshly baked at the store.

When we got there, the store was filled with a sweet aroma of the cranberry cookies which just came out of the oven!

Sure I got a couple for Kaiser for being a cute model!

Daily Dog Challenge - 119. 2/27 "Seeing Red"

It's Monday again, but that doesn't mean you have to suffer from the blues.

We're one day closer to the next weekend.

We found this huge red shutter at the fire station in our neighborhood.
The colour was so vivid and gorgeous. It must be newly painted.
Luckily, a fire truck was parked just in front of the building so...
